Publicly Available Data

Powered by SNPnexus

Genomic and transcriptomic data from the publicly available initiatives are available for analysis. To explore the data, please select a project of interest from the list below.

The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA)

The TCGA was a landmark collaboration supported by the National Cancer Institute and the National Human genome Research Initiative. It aimed to molecularly characterise primary cancer and matched normal samples across 33 cancer types.

International Cancer Genome Consortium (ICGC)

The ICGC, launched in 2008, was a global initiative aimed to build a comprehensive catalogue of genomic data from 25,000 tumours (the 25k Initiative). Currently, mRNA expression and mutation data are available for analysis, with DNA copy number and methylation data to follow shortly.

Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia (CCLE)

The CCLE is dedicated to the genetic characterisation of a large panel of human cancer cell lines. A compilation of mRNA expression and mutation data are available for analysis.
