Genomics England (GE)
Genomics England was set up to sequence genomes from NHS patients with rare diseases and common cancers. The genomic data available to query are from donors dually consented by both GE and the BCNB (n= 272).
Spatial Characterisation
RNA sequencing data from breast cancers (n=18) and matched histologically normal tissues (n=36), plus healthy breast from cosmetic reduction mammoplasty (n=5) and risk reducing mastectomies (n=5), including peritumoral samples proximal to (<2 cm) and distal from (5-10 cm) the primary tumour.
