The Breast Cancer Now Biobank (BCNB) holds tissue, blood and cell samples, with linked clinical data, from donors across the UK. Use the BCNB Cohort Browser to identify donors with clinical characteristics similar to those selected in your analysis and explore the samples and data available for them.
Where matching filters exist, your current clinical selection criteria will automatically be carried over to the Cohort Browser (age, sex, survival status, menopausal status, family history, grade, diagnosis, ethnicity and ER/PR/HER2 status). Filters without a corresponding match will not be applied. You can further refine your selection within the Cohort Browser.
