Summary
We have previously identified a small set of markers from RNAseq data of individually LCM DCIS samples, which were able to segregate DCIS patients to those with pure DCIS from those with IDC (both co-occuring or later occurring). We are using the BCNB tissue samples to validate these markers in a new cohort using RNAscope.
