Cohort Browser

Use the Cohort Browser to explore the availability of biospecimens and associated data within the Breast Cancer Now Biobank. Build custom cohorts by filtering samples according to clinical, specimen, and molecular characteristics, and view dynamic summary plots that provide an instant overview of the available data.

The Cohort Browser currently includes collections from the active BCNB centres in London, Sheffield, and Aberdeen. Researchers can also apply to access samples and data from all active BCNB centres (London, Sheffield, Aberdeen, and Wales), legacy BCNB centres (Leeds, Nottingham, Dundee, and Southampton), and projects that have generated data using BCNB samples.

Once you have identified a cohort of interest, your selected criteria can be transferred directly to an Expression of Interest (EOI) submission.
