Genomics England (GEL) Genomics England was set up to sequence genomes from NHS patients with rare diseases and common cancers. The genomic data available to query was generated from subset of patients dually consented by GEL and the BCNB (n=77).
Spatial Characterisation RNA sequencing data from breast cancers (n=18) and their matched histologically normal tissues (n=36), healthy breast from cosmetic reduction mammoplasty (n=5), and risk reducing mastectomies (n=5), with peritumoral samples excised proximal to (<2 cm) and distal from (5-10 cm) the primary tumour.
