Cohort Browser
The Cohort Browser offers an intuitive interface to explore our collection based on clinical, specimen, or molecular characteristics of interest. Dynamic summary plots allow you to visualise selected cohorts, offering immediate insights into underlying data availability. Selections can be transferred as input for an Expression of Interest submission.
Availability
Updated on 30/04/2025. The availability reported in Cohort Browser may be slightly lower than the BCNB total,
as data from legacy sites is still being added.
